here is the message:

Dear Silvana,

I'm Silvia from Indonesia. We made this postcard ourselves, it's drawn by my husband.
It is "Ketupat", traditional food in our country, mostly made during "Lebaran". Our holy celebration after fasting month. It is made by two wattled coconut leafs, filled with rice and then steamed for about 3-6 hours.
The steamed rise served with "Soto" (some kind of spicy soup with chicken or beef meat). Very delicious!
Do try it when you visit Indonesia.

these postcards are just random things, berhubung mo lebaran, jadi ada ide bwat ngegambar beduk & ketupat, the green frog picture taken when we visited Flora & Fauna exhibition last month, and the white duck picture's just taken from the web... :)
