i'm going to start writing note on PRO and CON with additional CHALLENGE to my decision on quiting my job:

PRO :
- i hate the management of the office
- i'm tired for the journey to come and back from the office - especially the coming home one
- capek hati ngadepin bos2 dan orang2nya [some of them]
- klo gak sekarang mulai usaha sendiri kapan lagi, i'm getting older, right?
- klo gak sekarang mau berubah kapan lagi?
- mau sampai kapan jadi sesuruhan orang lain? kerja keras untuk menimbun kekayaan orang lain?
- i need to be calm... i couldnt be calm here... tempted to be emotional all the time
- i need more time to do the things i want to do to be what i want to be to live my dream


CON :
- i need the status - employee [hah! employee a.k.a budak... :( ]
- my mom's wont approve the decision
- i will lost my environment and colleagues... [hehe... gak punya temen laen selaen temen kantor... cuman dikit maksudnya... bukannya gak ada sama sekali...]
- there will be very tight budget... [hehehe... gak boleh bilang bakalan miskin, karena artinya gak PeDe ddoonngg...]
- sebenernya siihh... at some moment, its not that bad... the work i mean... [wwwhuuaaa... ragu2 mulu! T_T ]


CHALLENGE :
- if i dont want to be left alone all the time, then i should find a way to make friends to someone else
- i should manage a limited money to live
- i should make my self to be more confidence to start the business
- need brainstorming
- stop thinking that it wont work, because i had to believe that it will work and everything's going to be fine
- need to be a more open person, if i want to be a good marketer... [which is the very foundation for a success business]
- need to get rid of this uncertain feeling from me!
- need a really good plan...
